Prof. Berk Demirkol presented his paper on the law applicable to arbitration agreements in light of the recent English court judgments at the 111th Annual Conference held by the Society of Legal Scholars. The paper compares the approach adopted by the English Court of Appeal in the Kabab-ji v Kout Food and Enka v Chubb cases.
