IA Chambers files an ICSID arbitration claim against the Republic of Bulgaria

IA Chambers brings a $65 million ICSID arbitration claim on behalf of its Israeli clients, Mr. Rami Levy and the late Mr. Moti Ramot, against the Republic of Bulgaria based on the Bulgaria-Israel Bilateral Investment Treaty in relation to the judicial expropriation of a company that developed a luxury real estate project in Sofia.
